Hi! I am Tracy Anne. I am a multidisciplinary designer interested in how empathy, technology, and visual storytelling can come together to tell stories and create meaningful connections. I am currently pursuing a double degree in Technology & Information Design and Immersive Media Design at the University of Maryland, College Park.
My approach to design is grounded in understanding people. Before pursuing design, I worked as a medical assistant, where I listened to patients' experiences and communicated their concerns to physicians. This taught me to approach problems with curiosity and empathy, which are qualities I carry into my design work today.
My work spans UI/UX, visual design, animation, immersive experiences, and traditional art. I especially enjoy finding the right medium to communicate an idea. Much of what I create is driven by a simple question, "how can design help people feel something and connect with each other?" I am especially drawn to projects involving storytelling, community, accessibility, and active participation.
