The Well Hidden in the Desert is an ink wash piece inspired by the following quote from The Little Prince: "“What makes the desert beautiful,” the little prince said, “is that it hides a well somewhere...” I focused on the greyscale of the reference image and creating depth by having heavier details in the foreground.
